When it comes to creating your outdoor kitchen the possibilities are endless. It can be large or small...from a simple portable or modular unit i.e. a grill with countertop space on either side to a grand customdesigned fully functional outdoor kitchen/living space complete with grill(s) refrigerators freezers sinks counters and lots and lots of storage space. They can be designed near pools on patios within gardens or almost anywhere that you desire to have an enjoyable outdoor living space.
After youve figured out all of the actual cooking variables dont forget about the most important part of that process: eating it. Select a table and chairs to match your new kitchen and dont forget to leave a couple chairs for the neighbors that are sure to flock to the sight and smell of your new outdoor kitchen. More and more homes are being built or remodeled to include outdoor living spaces. In many cases this includes an outdoor kitchen. It can take your cooking entertaining and lifestyle to a whole new level and includes numerous benefits
For safety purposes always put a vent in the back of your outdoor BBQ structures. Every gas line eventually leaks. Including a vent will allow the gas to escape. If not the gas will sit in the grill until someone comes to turn it on and everyone knows what happens when uncontrolled gas and fire meet. A subtle vent in the back of the grill will allow excess gas in case of a leak to escape into the yard rather than sit in the confined space of the grill waiting for you to blow it up by simply lighting up the grill. Be safe and make sure you have some sort of vent in your outdoor BBQ structure. In other words dont blow up your house.
